Antecedentes:

A finales de los años ochenta, el área de La Fortuna, San Carlos, comenzó a crecer como un importante destino turístico, lo que permitió el surgimiento de numerosas empresas de servicios turísticos. Entre estos primeros empresarios, estaban los hermanos Castro Miranda, quienes años más tarde, en mayo de 1999, inauguraron el Hotel Volcano Lodge, con un total de 20 habitaciones.

Tal fue el éxito del pequeño hotel, que la familia Castro, finalmente dejó atrás la operación de los tours para dedicarse por completo al hotel Volcano Lodge, duplicando para 2003 el número de habitaciones.

El Volcano Lodge continuó creciendo, alcanzando 70 habitaciones en 2005 y agregando un restaurante, una piscina y un jacuzzi a sus instalaciones, pero también construyendo un entorno que refleja la belleza del Volcán Arenal y la naturaleza de la Zona Norte, con inspiradores paisajes y jardines. Así, en 2008, el nombre del hotel se cambió a Volcano Lodge Gardens.

En 2013, después de años de trabajo y esfuerzo, el hotel integró las aguas termales. Nació una nueva era, donde las Aguas Termales serían el comienzo de una nueva experiencia de alojamiento: una experiencia llamada Volcano Lodge & Springs.

Desde 2018, Volcano Lodge evoluciona a Volcano Lodge, Hotel & Thermal Experience.

Continuamos siendo la propiedad que nació en 1999 para ofrecer a nuestros socios y huéspedes el mejor servicio: un servicio que se convierte en una experiencia de vida durante sus vacaciones, en La Fortuna de San Carlos.

Ubicado en La Fortuna de San Carlos, 7 Km Oeste del Templo Católico de La Fortuna, en La Palma, establecimiento dedicado a brindar servicios de hospedaje, con complementos tales como restaurante, bar, servicios de spa y Aguas Termales, además; por sus características brinda también otras facilidades como la de información turística del parque empresarial de la zona y el país en general.

Company Profile.

Background:

In the late eighties, the La Fortuna area in San Carlos began to thrive as a significant tourist destination, giving rise to numerous tourism-related businesses. Among these early entrepreneurs were the Castro Miranda brothers, who later, in May 1999, inaugurated the Volcano Lodge Hotel with a total of 20 rooms.

The success of the small hotel was such that the Castro family eventually shifted their focus from operating tours to dedicating themselves entirely to the Volcano Lodge Hotel, doubling the number of rooms by 2003.

Volcano Lodge continued to grow, reaching 70 rooms in 2005 and adding a restaurant, a pool, and a jacuzzi to its facilities. Simultaneously, they crafted an environment that reflects the beauty of the Arenal Volcano and the nature of the Northern Zone, with inspiring landscapes and gardens. Thus, in 2008, the hotel’s name was changed to Volcano Lodge Gardens.

In 2013, after years of hard work, the hotel integrated thermal waters. A new era was born, where the Thermal Springs would mark the beginning of a new lodging experience: an experience called Volcano Lodge & Springs.

Since 2018, Volcano Lodge has evolved into Volcano Lodge, Hotel & Thermal Experience.

We continue to be the property that originated in 1999, dedicated to offering our partners and guests the best service: a service that transforms into a life experience during their vacations in La Fortuna de San Carlos.
