Este año, en Surá Bar & Bistro, ubicado en el Volcano Lodge, Hotel & Thermal Experience, hemos preparado una experiencia culinaria inolvidable. Imagina brindar por la alegría de las fiestas rodeado de la energía del Volcán Arenal y la calidez de nuestro servicio.

Nuestro chef ha diseñado un menú exclusivo, una sinfonía de sabores pensada para convertir cada bocado en un recuerdo precioso bajo las estrellas de La Fortuna.

Nuestro Menú Especial de Nochebuena:

• Entrada | Ensalada Waldorf de Autor: Manzana gala, apio crujiente, uvas, lechugas mixtas y brotes tiernos, realzada con nuez pecana caramelizada y un aderezo cremoso de gorgonzola con matices cítricos.
• Plato Fuerte | Muslo de Pollo Relleno: Tierno muslo de pollo deshuesado, relleno de pan artesanal tostado, hierbas frescas, apio, cebolla, tocineta y pasas. Servido con salsa de frutos rojos al vino tinto y naranja, gravy casero, puré de papa rostizado con mantequilla clarificada y vegetales caramelizados.
• Postre | Cheesecake de Rompope y Ferrero Rocher: El cierre perfecto con nuestro cheesecake frío de rompope y chocolate Ferrero Rocher, una tentación dulce y festiva.

This year, at Surá Bar & Bistro, located within the stunning Volcano Lodge, Hotel & Thermal Experience, we’ve crafted an unforgettable holiday journey. Imagine celebrating at the base of the majestic Arenal Volcano, surrounded by lush gardens and the relaxing atmosphere of our thermal springs.

Our chef has curated an exclusive menu—a culinary symphony designed to turn every bite into a cherished memory.

Our Special Christmas Eve Menu:

• Starter | Signature Waldorf Salad: Gala apple, crisp celery, grapes, mixed greens, and tender sprouts, elevated with caramelized pecans and a creamy citrus-gorgonzola dressing.
• Main Course | Stuffed Chicken Thigh: Tender boneless chicken thigh stuffed with toasted artisan bread, fresh herbs, celery, onion, bacon, and raisins. Served with a red berry-wine reduction, homemade gravy, roasted potato purée, and caramelized seasonal vegetables.
