Saludos desde La Fortuna de San Carlos,
Como parte de nuestro proceso de modernización, la marca, también se ve envuelta en esa necesidad de adaptarse a nuevas tendencias, y a nuestros objetivos.
A partir de hoy iniciamos un paulatino cambio en nuestra imagen comercial, en el que lo más representativo, un cambio en el nombre, pasamos de Volcano Lodge & Springs, a un nombre compuesto en el cual tenemos el nombre principal VOLCANO LODGE, y como adicional, se añade: HOTEL & THERMAL EXPERIENCE.
Durante sus casi 20 años de vida, el nombre que ha calado en la memoria del consumidor ha sido VOLCANO LODGE, teniendo en cuenta que este nombre se le han añadido: and Gardens, y más recientemente: and Springs.
Esto ha sido una constante, siendo inclusive a nivel local e incluso a nivel de empresa, llamar a la propiedad VOLCANO LODGE; por lo que damos énfasis a nuestro nombre mejor posicionado.
Por primera vez se elimina la silueta del volcán del logo, y se da prioridad a una figura circular, que evoca a la renovación constante, y en este caso reflejamos en el círculo, el origen y entorno natural en el que se desarrolla la propiedad, la renovación constante, la dinámica cíclica de superarse.
El circulo contiene para sí, figura delimitadas por la superposición de las Letras VL, iniciales de Volcano Lodge, y que en impresiones que prescindan del nombre, la figura lleve una impronta del nombre de la propiedad en sus iniciales.
Los colores utilizados son gris, verde oscuro, celeste y café, colores escogidos pues son los que reflejan el espíritu de nuestra propiedad.
En función de lo expresado, anteriormente, buscamos expresar en el logo: naturaleza, calidez, relajación y confianza.
A partir de este momento, iniciamos un cambio paulatino, que se verá reflejado tanto física como virtualmente.
Seguimos siendo la propiedad que nació en 1999 para brindar a nuestros socios y huéspedes el mejor servicio: un servicio que se convierta en una experiencia de vida, en sus vacaciones en La Fortuna de San Carlos.

Greetings from La Fortuna de San Carlos,

As part of our modernization process, the brand is also involved in the need to adapt to new trends and our objectives.

As of today we began a gradual change in our commercial image, in which the most representative, is the change in the name, we went from Volcano Lodge & Springs, to a compound name in which we have the main name VOLCANO LODGE, and as an additional: HOTEL & THERMAL EXPERIENCE.

During its almost 20 years of life, the name that has penetrated the memory of the consumer has been VOLCANO LODGE, taking into account that this name has been added: and Gardens, and more recently: and Springs.

This has been a constant, even being at the local level and even at the company level, calling the property VOLCANO LODGE; so we emphasize our name better positioned.

For the first time the silhouette of the volcano is eliminated, and a circular figure is given priority, which evokes constant renewal, and in this case we reflect in the circle, the origin and natural environment in which the property is developed, the constant renewal, the cyclical dynamic of improving oneself.

The circle contains for itself, figures delimited by the superimposition of the letters VL, initials of Volcano Lodge, and that in impressions without the name, the figure bears an imprint of the name of the property in its initials.

The colors used are gray, dark green, blue and brown, chosen colors because they reflect the spirit of our property.

Based on the above, we seek to express in the logo: nature, warmth, relaxation and trust.

From this moment, we began a gradual change, which will be reflected both physically and virtually.

We continue being the property that was born in 1999 to offer our partners and guests the best service: a service that becomes a life experience, in their holidays in La Fortuna de San Carlos.
